Read the selected product, pack option, quantity, delivery details and payable amount before confirming an order. An inquiry is a request for discussion, not an accepted purchase contract. Business terms are agreed for the confirmed project.

Shipping & returns

Delivery options and charges are shown for the destination entered at checkout. When no method is available, contact us to discuss the order before payment. A dispatch record and tracking reference are shown with the order when available.

After-sales support

For an order concern, submit the affected items, quantity, reason and supporting images. The request is reviewed before a decision. Do not send items back until the return arrangements and address have been confirmed. Eligibility, return costs and handling depend on the product condition, destination and the terms applicable to the order.
